Mega deal: HEIDELBERG/Amperfied manages Germany's largest EV fleet charging infrastructure with over 1,700 charge points for SAP

Amperfied GmbH, a subsidiary of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (HEIDELBERG), has won a major contract for EV fleets. Going forward, Amperfied will take over the management of the charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in Germany for SAP SE.

Change in the Management Board of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG

Tania von der Goltz, CFO of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (HEIDELBERG), has informed the company's Supervisory Board ahead of its meeting yesterday, March 19, 2025, that she will not extend her contract beyond its current term. She will step down from her position at the end of the financial year on March 31, 2025.

On March 11, 1850 – exactly 175 years ago – the Hemmer, Hamm & Co. bell foundry and machine shop opened in Frankenthal. Besides bells, it also made printing presses, which laid the foundations for the company now called Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (HEIDELBERG).
